Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return. Certain items such as earrings, lingerie, swimwear, and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size or color, depending on stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide a refund or store credit.
