Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination. Remote, village, or hard-to-reach areas may require slightly more time. You will receive an SMS or email with your delivery update once the order is dispatched.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges vary based on your location and will be shown at checkout. From time to time, free delivery may be offered during promotions or above a minimum order value.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available in most serviceable areas. Please keep your phone active so the delivery team can reach you if needed.
Delivery Attempts: The courier team will attempt up to two deliveries. If unsuccessful due to unavailability, incorrect address, or inability to contact you, the order may be returned or cancelled.
Order Tracking: After your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number to monitor its status (subject to courier availability).
